Henkel Loctite STYCAST 2850GT Black, formerly Emerson and Cuming, is a two component, epoxy encapsulant that is used for encapsulating component that are exposed to thermal shock and need heat dissipation. It has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, good thermal conductivity, and excellent electrical insulative properties. It contains fillers that are gritty and very hard. 3 lb Pail.
